Each Florida Porch Pumpkins installation is custom planned, sourced, and scheduled specifically for your property. Because our products are seasonal and perishable and installation dates are limited, the following policies apply.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled installation may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable costs already incurred for materials, sourcing, special-order items, or payment-processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled installation are non-refundable.

Installation Access & Customer No-Shows
Customers are responsible for ensuring that Florida Porch Pumpkins has reasonable access to the installation area on the scheduled date. Gates must be accessible, pets secured, vehicles or other obstructions moved when necessary, and any required community or security access arranged in advance.

The customer does not need to be home for installation as long as we can safely access the designated installation area.

If our team is unable to complete an installation because the property is inaccessible, entry has not been authorized, or another condition within the customer’s control prevents installation, the order is not eligible for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when possible; however, an additional delivery or installation fee may apply.

Weather & Rescheduling
Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain, thunderstorms, tropical weather, or other conditions make installation unsafe or impractical, Florida Porch Pumpkins may reschedule the installation to the next reasonably available date. A weather-related rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation and is not grounds for a refund.

Pumpkins, Gourds & Natural Materials
Pumpkins and gourds are natural, perishable products. Variations in size, shape, color, texture, markings, and appearance are normal and contribute to the unique character of each installation.

Photos on our website and social media are representative of our design aesthetic and do not guarantee identical products or arrangements. Pumpkin varieties, colors, sizes, quantities, and other seasonal materials may vary based on harvest conditions, seasonal availability, property size, and the layout of the installation area.

After Installation
Once an installation has been completed, Florida Porch Pumpkins cannot guarantee the lifespan of pumpkins, gourds, or other natural materials. We are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by Florida heat, sunlight, rain, storms, humidity, wildlife, insects, irrigation systems, landscaping services, pets, homeowner or guest movement of the display, vandalism, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an item is damaged at the time of installation or you believe there is a problem with the installation itself, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, preferably with photographs, so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Design Discretion
By purchasing an installation, the customer authorizes Florida Porch Pumpkins to use its professional design judgment in arranging the display based on the property’s architecture, available space, safety considerations, and the seasonal materials available at the time of installation.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund, Cancellation & Installation Policy.
