Refund & Transfer Policy

At Florida Porch Pumpkins, each porch package is carefully planned and prepared based on seasonal inventory, scheduling, and availability. Because our products and services are seasonal and inventory is reserved specifically for each order, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Credits

Once your purchase has been completed, we are unable to provide refunds, cancellations, store credits, or credits toward a future season. This includes circumstances where you change your mind, no longer need the service, move, travel, or are otherwise unable to use your purchased package.

Package Transfers

If you are unable to use your package, you may transfer your purchase to another person or address, subject to availability and our delivery/service area.

To request a transfer, please email us as soon as possible with your order information and the name and address of the person receiving the transferred package.

All transfer requests must be approved by Florida Porch Pumpkins before the scheduled service or delivery. Additional fees may apply if the new address is outside the original delivery area or requires changes to the scheduled service.

Transfers Must Be Used During the Current Season

Transferred packages must be used during the same season in which they were originally purchased. Packages, transfers, credits, or unused services do not roll over to the following year or future seasons.

If the transferred package is not scheduled or used before the end of the current season, the purchase will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or future service.

Seasonal Products & Availability

Pumpkins and other seasonal items are natural products and may vary in size, shape, color, and appearance. Specific varieties, colors, or quantities shown in promotional photographs may be substituted when necessary based on seasonal availability.
